Packaging & Handling

All sculptures are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We use reinforced, protective materials and sturdy outer boxes to minimize any risk of damage during transit. Due to the fragile and high-value nature of our products, extra care is taken at every step of the packing process.

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

• Flat Rate: 30,000 VND for all orders under 300,000VND

• Free Delivery for orders over 300,000VND

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days

Orders are processed promptly and handed over to trusted local carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

International Shipping

• Estimated Delivery Time: From 10–14 working days (may vary depending on destination and customs processing)

• Shipping Fee: Calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel

International orders are securely packaged to withstand long-distance transit.

Additional Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will assist in tracking and support if needed.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

OCD Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (if any) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

   

Damages 
OCD Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
